If you didn't know that there are five love languages and each of us has a primary love language then this book is for you.  Learn about yourself, your spouse, and your children.  The "Five Love Languages for Teens" is another book I highly recommend.

An absolutely wonderful read that you'll want to revisit again and again.

So many inspirational stories that brings me back to just being in the moment.

This one was recommended to me and it helped me to open up and verbally express myself.

A very interesting read on how our emotions and personal history are tied to illness.

"He's Scared, She's Scared", Steven Carter and Julia Sokol
A great book which talks about commitment issues in relationships and how to change behaviors and thoughts toward commitment.

"Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus", John Gray

A must read for those of you looking for better communication with the opposite sex.  Very enlightening.  Wish I would have read this twenty years ago.

"Good Karma In A Box", Karen Salmonsohn

All I have to say is just try them and enjoy!
