Top 10 Ways Happiness and Inner Peace Enhances Your Creativity

 

  1. Think about something that makes you extremely happy and draw a picture of what that feeling looks like.
  2. Tap into your soul where you will find inner peace and give yourself permission to express your emotions.
  3. Go to a place that brings you happiness and practice your creativity in that space.
  4. Take time for yourself by sitting quietly and let inner peace come to the surface.
  5. Do one thing that makes you happy and store those feelings within your heart to retrieve at any time.
  6. Use the power of movement to be creative with your body.  You’ll find how much happiness this will bring to you.
  7. Expand on your creativity by doing something new and notice what feelings come to you.
  8. Compose a self portrait expressing inner peace and happiness.
  9. Look at the world through “happy” glasses and create images from what you see.
  10. Write a poem reflecting what happiness and inner peace mean to you.   Put it up on a wall or carry it with you so you read it every day.
